NARA New Board Installed

This morning at the NARA Annual Business Meeting, NARA members voted to accept changes to the Bylaws that bring the association up to date with the current operating and regulatory environment.  Following a few other business items, and sharing of statistical information, the slate of new board members and officers was presented.

Joining the Board are Ted Botens as member-at-large, Kris Bykerk as Treasurer, Mary Harris Brosnan as Nominating Chair, and Greg Altobella as President.  The new board members and officers were installed by Vice-President Kennedy Hawkins.

Greg Altobella, Mark Anderson, George Olson

Mark Anderson, Owner of Mountain Land Rehab in Salt Lake City, UT, was honored this morning at the NARA Annual Legislative Meeting in Washington, D.C., with the George G. Olsen Service Award.  This honor is bestowed annually to honor a NARA member for outstanding service to the association. 

The award is named in honor of long time NARA lobbyist and legal counsel George G. Olsen.   Anderson was presented the award by NARA President Greg Altobella who recognized him for long standing continued to service to NARA particularly as Chair of the Legislative Committee.
